2018 European Darts Open Betting Tips

UtterBull.com returns after a break to bring you the very best 2018 European Darts Open Betting Tips. It’s true that 2017 didn’t end well so we shall proceed with caution.

We’ve avoided the minefield of the Masters, UK Open and Premier League without temptation as those competitions are just simply too easy to slip up with in terms of betting.

However, today we see the return of the holy grail; The European Tour! Starting with our 2018 European Darts Open Betting Tips.

The European Tour is a by far our best tour of the season as the format lends itself to ‘real’ darts yet everyone there has battled their way through various qualifying methods. The occasional upset still exists but The European Tour is the bridge between floor and major stage tournaments and therefore value becomes available.

2018 European Darts Open Outright Winner Betting Tips

Michael Van Gerwen….. move on.

But at 8/11, maybe 4/5 for a promo offer, is it really worth it?

We always look towards the outside value at small stakes and Daryl Gurney was one of the earlier wins for us. 150/1 we got him once…

Our picks for the 2018 European Darts Open Outright Winner Betting tips are as follows:

  • Kim Huybrechts @ 50/1 – (BET365) 1PT EACH-WAY – Some may say why…. but there are certainly some positives at that value (was 66/1 earlier as well) – Consistent form in 2018 already and the opposite side of the draw to MVG. Kim Huybrechts has a tough 1st round game but his quarter is full of experienced players that are out of touch and new players breaking through. Kim could run under the radar here and the odds for sichard North uch a quality player on his day are just too good to refuse.
  • Dave Chisnall @ 40/1 – (BET365) – 1PT EACH-WAY – Ok so Dave Chisnall has MvG in his quarter of the draw but it does very much appear to be like Chizzy is regaining form. 40/1 is the obvious attraction for someone who is Premier League quality, albeit we respect the bad patch of form. That said, a quarter-final, semi-final and a final already in 2018 suggests that Chizzy is perfectly fine in terms of form. Value is only value if it you win of course but these odds are crazy. The European Tour format is so cutthroat that MvG might even be out by the time Chizzy makes it….
